Primitive Skills Immersion & Wilderness Survival Training | November 6-8
Join Arcturus Primitive Skills Institute (APSI) for the final primitive skills, bushcraft, and wilderness survival course in Michigan this season. This three-day immersive training experience is designed for those seeking practical outdoor skills, traditional knowledge, and genuine self-reliance in a hands-on learning environment.
Set against the backdrop of late autumn in Michigan, participants will spend the weekend developing and refining essential primitive living skills, including firecraft, wilderness shelter construction, knot-tying, land navigation, making water safe to drink, knife and cutting tool safety, campcraft, woodsmanship, and survival problem-solving. Every lesson is taught through direct experience, helping students build competence and confidence that extends far beyond the classroom.
As temperatures cool and conditions become more challenging, November provides the ideal setting for realistic survival training and bushcraft education. Students will learn how to adapt to changing weather, manage resources, and apply traditional skills that have sustained human beings for thousands of years.
